A last chance to protect the 2020 election

Reps. Nita M. Lowey and Mike Quigley write that time is running short to ensure that we are better prepared to withstand foreign election interference during the 2020 election. That is why Congress must quickly enact election security funding; it may be our last opportunity to shore up our defenses before the polls open.
